14-day refund

If SlapDrum Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you'll get your money back. No reasons needed.

How to ask

• Email ronim1studio@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
• Or use the help link in your receipt email from Stripe (Link), our payment provider.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually need a few business days to show it.

After a refund

Your Pro license can no longer be restored on other Macs. SlapDrum itself stays free to use.

Outside 14 days

Write to us anyway. If something is broken and we can't fix it, we'll make it right. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Free version

Free is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can try it, and the beat player on the home page, before buying Pro.
